A friend of my ex posted his picture on her profile and said "officially single, girls contact him in dm" 7 DAYS AGO HE SAID HE IS NOT READY FOR A RELATIONSHIP TF, i was so pissed when i saw it

that's definitely not your friend. I advise if you don't see them often to just cut them both off and move on, don't focus your mind on it too much.

it sounds like they're to piss you off, or get your attention in a negative way. don't rise to it, see it, do nothing and move on. yes you'll definitely feel the pain of seeing this but don't show them any weakness.
