So, I unblocked him on Insta, and five days later, he sent me some nonsense 'chain-letter' reel about getting good news in 24 hours. After that, he messaged me saying he was 'in trouble.' When I asked what was wrong, he started spiraling—claiming he’s depressed and his career is ruined. Then, he just disappeared for 10 hours without calling or replying. Now, he’s back to saying 'I love you' and 'I just want you to be happy,' but he hasn't even tried to call. It’s honestly disgusting. I have so much I want to say, but it’s not worth it. I’m just going to block him again.

when he said he was “in trouble” and spiraling like that, was he actually asking for help or did it feel more like he wanted you pulled back into the drama?
i’d trust that gut feeling you already have.
I have blocked him again. it's the worst he won't understand my feelings.
hi my ex used to pop back in like that too, “i love you” one minute then vanish the next, and it messed with my head more than the breakup itself. blocking him again gave me actual quiet for the first time.
I think blocking him would be a good idea. nothing changes except the date on the calendar. you already endured the hurt once so why make yourself go through it again
