I’m struggling to find a way through this pain. How did he move on so fast? It’s hard to understand how everything he said about working on our issues together and all his promises about our future could mean nothing. He kept me hopeful until he was ready to walk away, then suddenly pulled the rug out from under me. He always claimed to love me more. Now, I’m left facing the worst pain of my life alone, without the person who was my comfort and my best friend.

Immerse yourself in activities that you enjoy. This can help take your mind off of the pain and give you a sense of purpose.
