My ex and I were together for over three years; she was truly the love of my life. I can’t fathom living without her. We built so much together—a close circle of friends and dreams for our future, including searching for our first apartment. Yet, you threw it all away for someone who doesn’t value you at all. You shattered my heart and then had the audacity to blame me for letting you take advantage of my kindness. I’m done with love; it only brings pain. Thanks for the trust issues.

While it's understandable to feel hurt, blaming love for your pain might be an oversimplification.
Maybe it's time to reflect on your role in the relationship.
I know this might sound cliché, but please hang in there. Having recently gone through a breakup myself, I truly understand what you’re experiencing. I'm sorry for your loss and the pain it's causing you, but remember that it will get better with time. I genuinely hope you start feeling better soon.
