So my ex texted me yesterday—it was my birthday. I didn’t reply and still haven’t broken no contact. Apparently she got a tattoo as some kind of reminder of me or whatever and even sent me a song link. I didn’t listen obviously. I’m not playing that game birthday or not. I don’t see a reason to talk, whether it’s Christmas New Year’s or anything else. The tattoo says something like just like a with a broken heart. Honestly I shouldn’t even be trying to figure it out. I’m not going back down that road.
It did mess with me that she reached out but I gave her zero reaction. She has no right to hit me up just because she thinks it’s cute or a nice gesture. Let’s not forget the emotional abuse gaslighting narcissism and cheating I dealt with because of her.
Anyway I blocked whatever number she used. No contact stays no contact. She’s not going to change no matter how much time passes or how many tattoos she gets.
For my brthday all I want is to heal from the damage and trauma she caused.
