It’s been a year since my ex broke up with me. We were together for almost 2 years lots of highs and lows. I couldn’t commit to marriage coz there were things I didn’t vibe with. Now I just found out she’s getting married soon. We’re both 30 now but I don’t get why this is hitting me so hard.

There's some regret but it kinda wasn’t meant to be. I think it's normal to feel this way seeing a long term ex move on and get engaged. I was just a little thrown she found someone else like months after we ended.
