How do you cope with a break up where the person tells you he is not stable emotionally and financially to be in a relationship ?

It’s okay to feel hurt even if their reasons make sense. Give yourself time to heal
It’s hard to cope when it feels like the timing wasn’t right. Just focus on taking care of yourself now
Take it one step at a time. It’s hard now but you’ll come out stronger and find someone who’s ready for you.
That’s such a tough thing to go through. Just remember their instability isn’t a reflection of your worth
It’s never easy to hear that but it sounds like they’re trying to do what’s best for both of you.
That’s such a tough situation. It’s hard but at least they were honest about where they’re at.
what i dont understand tho is that some days after our break up he was still contacting me. maybe it was out of concern but i dont like this confusing situation
if in terms of that u just need to accept for what it is. if he/she says that then let them be, there's nothing u can do or anything. If at some point this person is actually not interested in you, then its a no go. All u have to do is have the mindset "oh this one is not for me" and move on.
he/she mentioned that their not emotionally stable. A courage for them to admit that and a sign that it is a red light. it will save u from future problems. have a great day stranger
