the breakup feels fresh for you even though months went by. his words from before stay alive in your head, while he’s already telling you he’s with someone else.
holding onto little things like nicknames and late night calls. those memories felt so close i almost forgot time had passed. it’s hard when your heart is still there and theirs isn’t.
i begged for another chance when my ex already moved on. he’d smile at his phone while i sat crying. i kept replaying old calls in my head like they meant anything now. it made me feel pathetic.

it's best you don't keep hope I am not here to put you down but deep down but if he is with someone and he stills what's to keep in touch I just feel like he is using you or stringing you along find yourself worth
