in a relationship

so I'm happy in a relationship with someone from my first job and he told me that when he saw me he instantly fell in love with me and knew he had to work there to know me better (he worked there for a year now) and about five months later we started talking out outside of work and a Friday (few weeks ago) he asked me on a date (l never been on a date at all) he wanted to tell me in person but l felt already to go home and l agreed to it and we went on this date and kept having dates after that (l don't work with him anymore but we still work at the same place not the same days) and after hanging out besides for workwises he said that he liked me for a year now but didn't know if l liked him back which l did but l didn't know if he liked me and two days later he asked me to be his gf and l said yes and now me and him are going on a picnic date this Wednesday and l haven't said anything to my mom cus he is younger than l am (not much younger but still young) which l won't say but he genuinely a gentleman he payes for stuff and honestly l haven't felt like this before and l really want this to work out long term and forever
