are you in the very first days of it right now or has it been a while already? sometimes the timeline changes depending on how long you were in it.
for me it came in waves, not one straight block of pain. what helped a bit was keeping track of the days so i could see it was getting less intense over time.
that feeling so clearly. after my breakup i legit felt like i was dying for weeks. it slowly dulled but the first 10 days were the worst for me.
