all he was show up and I asked him where we stand and he said why do we have to put a label on it but he said he wants to be with me but doesn’t it’s so confusing I feel like I give my all and love him no matter what and I just feel sad

when he says he “wants to be with you,” what does that look like in his actions? like, does he actually show up in the ways that matter?
when someone’s words and actions don’t line up, i’ve learned to trust the confusion. it usually means they’re not sure, even if they say they “want to be” with you. you deserve clarity, not mixed signals.
mine kept saying he “wasn’t ready for labels” but still wanted all the parts of a relationship. it messed with my head so bad. i remember feeling like i was giving everything just to keep something half real. you’re not crazy for feeling sad, it’s exhausting loving someone who won’t just say it
he doesn’t know what he wants. that’s is going to hurt you. please set a boundary.
show the same energy, let go of the outcome don't cling to what may or may not be yours if he wants you really he will come back running and apologising that's real love he may just need time to figure himself out or he may not come back either way you better live your best life you can't wait for someone, it is hard but think of how you'll come back out on the other side
