im dying inside. we broke up a month ago. and we are on day 4 of no contact.
I just saw she posted a photo from the beach with the guy she started dating on January 2nd. im dying inside. I thought we could fixed things with some distance.
what to do????

when you say you thought distance would fix things, were you holding onto hope she’d come back, or hope that the pain would just quiet down if you stayed away
this is one of those moments where no contact hurts before it helps
i saw my ex with someone new way too soon too, like WHILE i was still hoping space would fix things. that beach photo feeling is brutal. it made me feel replaceable and disposable
you can't do anything men. you can see that she has started dating someone new . it's for the best that you understand that she's happy with someone else and it's time that you focus on yourself and make yourself feel better. take care of yourself mate . i know it can feel heartbreaking seeing the person you love with someone else
