That’s literally how I feel. He ghosted me back in May and now he’s engaged.

I'm kinda in the same spot. My ex wanted to try poly after a year together and it’s been honestly the worst. I’ve never felt anything this painful my appetite’s all messed up stomach’s off crying so hard I can’t even breathe. If she came back I’d take her back in a heartbea as sad as that sounds.
