It’s been over half a year since she dumped me in the worst way and I’ve been through so much in that time loving her hating her focusing on myself hating myself and in the end hating her. But now I’m starting to realize that every time I said I hated her it was a lie. Deep down I still love her. I got it when she randomly hit me up two days ago talking about how I was showing signs that maybe she wanted to get back. At first I was like nah screw this I’m not talking to her ever again. But now I’m losing my mind I don't know if I hate her or love her. I just don't wanna fall for her again.
And if you can’t even with the paragraph just tell me how to stop loving someone. I’m seriously desperate here.

I can’t. I’ve gotten back with her. Right now she hates me. She always leaves and blames it on me. This time I’m a narcissist. I’ve started seeing someone new and she’s amazing. I told my ex I’m done with being unappreciated and the new girl actually appreciates me. So she blocked me. Whatever I know I’ll hear from her in like six to eight months. It’s the same cycle.
The thing is I love her so much I’m pretty sure I’ll go back again. The moments of love and intimacy are like nothing else. Trust me we both tried moving on. Love is wild beautiful and painful at the same time. Guess that’s just life.

You just gotta stop I don't think there's some magic fix. You have to accept your feelings and feel them until you're ready to let go. Getting back probably ain't it. Hope you get over it soon mate

@sweetbread Yeah kinda. I don’t really like saying same though cuz it feels kinda disrespectful and arrogant to think I can fully get your pain. We all cope and feel in our own ways even if the situation’s similar. Wishing you the best tho mate.

A ton of naps. A lot of solo time. Binge the comfort movies. Just keep vibing with yourself until her shadow can't even compete with your heart
