I've been with my bf since 2020 and in 5 years he’s never gotten me anything for Valentine’s. I’ve mentioned it to him like a week before saying stuff like I’d love these flowers or this necklace would be cute but he still never buys me anything so every V-day I end up crying myself to sleep. I honestly don't know what's up with him. I keep questioning if I should stay or just dip. Feels like this only happens to me.

You're not the only one but it’s obvious he’s not putting in the effort like he’s clueless about what makes you happy or picking up on hints. Some people care about special occasions some don’t. Just talk to him. If his answer isn’t what you wanna hear think about whether you’d be happier somewhere else than stuck in this relationship.
