Just got dumped after 2 years no real reason just we hurt each other and he’s doing the right thing by leaving me cool. Sat through all his bs for 2 years but now he’s just done. It hurts so bad I literally moved states for him left my whole family and now I’m back restarting my life alone. Thought we could stay friends but talking to him without saying “I love you” is actually painful. We still gotta talk for money stuff and our cat (I’m a major cat mom and a vet tech so I will make sure she’s good).
Tried going no contact but caved bc I’m lonely. It was chill for a week just basic updates then suddenly he’s calling randomly and hitting me with good morning texts. Now I’m confused again like does he actually wanna be friends or is he just keeping me on the hook? Am I really down to be part of his roster now?? Idk anymore ? any advice would mean a lot this was my first real relationship and the depression is hitting but I’m trying

first of All i really hope that you do better.Its quite hurtful when a person is your life and all of sudden everything collapses.Please do take care , as far this loneliness is concerned,it's real but also it's a choice, Really go out , be with new people and don't judge yourself for caving in at "No Contact". Since it's totally normal when coming out of such a relationship. I would really recommend connecting with strays in animals.There are a lot of lonely animals there who need help.You help them ,give them affection and Life will help you
