How long should I wait before shooting my shot with this cute book clerk after my ex popped back up in my DMs apologizing for ghosting me? I’ve been feeling kinda off since she came back but today I actually felt normal again and thought about asking out the book clerk I see all the time at B&N.
For context I hadn’t heard from my ex in almost two years fully moved on. Normally I wouldn’t have even thought twice about asking someone out but this week my head’s been all over the place. Lowkey feels like I’m cheating or something which makes no sense cause my ex and I haven’t been a thing in forever. I was literally about to ask out the book clerk a few weeks ago before my ex slid back in. I still might. But now it just feels weird. Less than a week ago I was ready to go on a date now I’m second-guessing.
Idk any advice?
