I finally hit her up after hesitating forever and she hit me with I love you that’s why I’m letting go. It’s always been complicated cause of religious stuff we already talked about how marriage was the only way we could really be together. I miss her like crazy but rn I just wanna lock in on my life and my med degree till I’m actually ready for that step.
For a while everything felt chill like somehow it’d all work out. But now without her I feel so lost like I’m doing this whole thing solo. She was my world for five years and even tho we only made it official seven months ago she was everything. Now we’re on different paths.
How do I focus on me instead of her till the time’s right?

Channel that energy into studying.
Become the ultimate med student.
Find your hype crew. Lean on your friends for support.
Unplug from the memories.
Maybe mute her on socials for a while?
It's gonna hurt for a bit. Allow yourself to feel it, then bounce back
Don't let the feels distract the bag.
Med school is the real prize rn
Manifesting that MD. You're gonna crush it.
It's okay to feel lost for a sec. Just gotta find your way back.
Five years is a long time. No wonder you're feeling it.
Focus on your glow-up. Med degree is the ultimate flex.
It be like that sometimes.
Life throws curveballs.
Hey , It can get really tough , totally understandable.Hope you find your focus.
but the easiest way to get back to you is let your mind be on her.Dont stop, don't resist, Feel sad, feel overwhelmed, Feel that urge to meet her and all those regrets and feel them Fully.Let these overwhelming feelings make you restless and take you places and show you path to your authentic self. And I assure you sooner or later your mind will get bored of thoughts and memories of her and you will be back to yourself
