Like literally days ago he said he loved me. I asked if he promised he wouldn't leave he said yeah. I believed him. Today he broke up with me said I'm not his person. Why was he all gentle if he didn't even care? Why did his eyes sparkle if he saw darkness? Why did he smile if he was just disappointed? How can someone's soul lie? I love him. Always.

alot of the times it's not even about you , they are selfish and self centered & they are just full of shit .
I am really sorry to hear that. I hope you feel better soon. Its a betrayal which another form of rejection only and rejection that feel more on our self because it shatters the image we had of the person we were with.Hopefully you can forgive yourself for that and also move ahead in life to a further beautiful journey
You gave your heart and this feels like betrayal it’s okay to grieve what you thought you had. You’re not wrong for loving, even if it hurts now.
Broken promises hurt the most especially when they’re wrapped in kindness and love. It makes it hard to understand and even harder to move on.
It’s hard to accept when someone says you’re not their person especially after promising love. You’re allowed to feel all of this it’s so painful.
Heartbreak like this feels unbearable especially when you saw something real in his eyes. Your love for him was genuine, and that’s why this hurts so much.
I’m so sorry you’re going through this. It’s confusing and painful to try and make sense of how someone could say they love you and then leave.
Love makes us believe in promises, and when they’re broken it cuts so deep. You gave your heart and it’s okay to grieve that loss.
It’s heartbreaking when someone’s actions don’t match their words. You trusted him and that trust was broken it’s okay to feel shattered right now.
he pulled the same move on me. Last time we hung we were all teary hugging saying we loved each other and wouldn't dip. Then he ghosted later that day like wtf
