Any such incident is just a reminder of the hurt that's always been there , sometimes It's the processing of that hurt that's the only way to get over and above any such incident.Dont loose hope go out , meet new people , Help others and may be if you are not ready for sometime its ok to not date anyone else as well
You just miss how comfy and familiar things were that rare close vibe you don't get with just anyone. Like you don't click with everyone even if they're cool. I don't really have any big advice just give it time like a lot of time if you need it and don't settle for less. The right person will show up 🫂
Yeah fr been thinking 'bout that heavy today. Like does your brain try to bring up old familiar stuff when you miss it most? Almost like a quick fix. But that's kinda risky could just make things way worse tho 🤔
@jacknick I peep those spirals are kinda spaced out and don't last as long. Healing feels like it's taking forever but it's happening lowkey. Something inside you is still fighting it which shows how much that relationship messed you up. Might not even be about them just how you felt about it. Sorry it's making you feel trash. Same tho most days I'm like how am I even doing this. But yeah one day at a time I guess.

But like I was dating and thought I was totally over her then BAM out of nowhere she's all I can think about lately especially those dumb bacon jokes lol. Wonder if she ever thinks of me too tho...
