kinda same boat almost Swear it's like being a zombie nothing feels worth it anymore. Honestly just being around chill positive people is the only thing helping rn. You need that too. Find your people who show you the good stuff even when you're not feeling it. Eventually this crazy pain will fade and you'll learn to like your ex from far away. That's what I've heard anyway.
