so I called him today to check if he Opened his phone or not... i called him he didn't pick them he messaged me he said you can talk here I asked if someone came into his life he stopped for a minute then I asked him if he has moved on he said no i haven't moved on you .but I don't want this relationship he made this very clear to me his words actions everything firstly I got swayed in emotions again messaged him tried to make him realise then I controlled myself i told him if that what you've decided i respect your decision wish you peace n happiness with whatever you've chosen i said goodbye and i blocked him starting no contact again broke my 40 days no contact and this :) .

You broke no contact but instead of falling apart you gathered yourself accepted reality and walked away. That’s strength in its purest form
You didn’t beg plead or lose yourself you acknowledged the truth and made a choice. That’s growth even if it doesn’t feel like it yet.

Breaking no contact doesn’t mean failure it just means you needed that moment to truly understand. You did the hardest thing you let go with grace.
feel for you. just go No Contact again. WE are human we will fall. maybe its good for you. you get to start all over new rather than being with someone who is not appreciative of you.
