we broke up like three years ago but she's still my biggest love and I can't fully move on. Started talking again a few months back.
We met up just to chat then it became a regular thing. No kissing or anything wild but we still cuddle go on dates FaceTime and flirt and we've slept in the same bed just cuddling tho.
I asked her what we were and she said just friends no plans for anything more just is what it is type deal. But then when she was down I asked what's up and she said she misses her recent ex the dude she was with after me. Apparently he cheated on her twice so that's kinda sus.
Found out today she texted him saying she misses him. Low-key heartbroken and don't know what to do.
My feelings for her are strong like never felt this way for anyone. Even when I was with other girls after we broke up I was always thinking about her. But she still acts like we could get back together.

She’s got unfinished business with her ex and as much as it hurts you might need to decide if you’re okay with waiting or if you need to move on.
You clearly care deeply but if she’s texting the dude who cheated on her she might still be stuck in something she hasn’t processed yet.
She cuddles flirts and keeps you close but still says just friends? Feels like she wants the comfort without the commitment and that’s not fair to you.
That hurts no doubt. You’ve got history feelings and connection but if she’s still caught up on someone who hurt her she might not be ready for what you want.
