Lowkey was doubting if he even loved me anymore. He stopped calling me pretty. Seemed like he was just getting mad impatient. Should've seen it but I wanted to believe he was the one so bad.
I put on a dress asked if it was cute. He just said it was interesting.
We weren't intimate for months and I thought it was my birth control and meds killing my vibe but he never even tried.
He said he still loved me for now after our last fight made me feel like I was why he was sad and like I couldn't even be sad myself.
He didn't cheat but I know in a few months he'll be secretly dating that girl from his class. Even tho he broke up saying after a year he wasn't ready for a relationship (it was both our first real long-term thing).
But knowing that doesn't make the breakup easier. Especially since we live together. Knowing doesn't make it easier to deal with reality after the rose-colored glasses broke.
Knowing this doesn't make it easier to trust if a guy will ever actually love me for me.

It’s heartbreaking to see someone move on so easily but just remember the right person won’t need space to see your worth.
A relationship shouldn’t make you doubt your beauty your value or your place in someone’s life.
Not cheating doesn’t mean not hurting. Love should never make you feel small or unseen.
The signs were there but when you love someone you want to believe in the best version of them. Don't blame yourself for trying.
