it has been 6 days since cutting him off. I'm finding it difficult to keep no contact. he was really manipulative and because of this I'm romanticising only the good parts. when it was goo it was reallyyy good. but I know if I actually reached out to him I know all it would bring is chaos overwhelm and exhaustion. so now I'm in a weird middle area where all I want to do is text him and have the relationship I thought we could have but also I know I don't actually want to text him back because reality is still reality. he is still the walking red flag he is... either way I'm gonna be sad. I guess I just have to wait through it but god only knows how long that will take or even if I will get over him

Totally get this. You're grieving what you hoped it could be, not what it actually was.. that’s tough. Missing him doesn’t mean you should go back. You’re already doing the hardest thing by not reaching out. It’ll pass, even if it’s slow. jus trust the process.

not even long but damn did I love him... and I think at some point he did actually love me just didn't know how to love someone properly I guess
@JoyfulDays8 i know sometimes a connection can feel so deep like it feels we have known them forever.. I feel it's just sometimes a gender thing about expression and love ..men cant express... don't want to generalise bit it's not untrue
