I ended up walking to my ex's friend on social media last night, they no longer talk. it really upset me him saying he's alone now and feeling sorry for him, that he only had eyes for me, I fell like it's set me back speaking to him. two timing comes in more forms than actually being with someone else. having logins for escort sites, only fans liking girls pictures and half naked videos on Instagram and a porn addiction is enough for me to not want to be in a relationship. I'm annoyed with him and myself for even engaging in a conversation about him. I didn't discuss any of the reasons mentioned with his friend just said we broke up and he hurt me.

you are human.. it is so difficult to keep it all inside so you reaching out to his friend without getting into the sordid details is alright... if you feel it is getting in the way of your coping just resist talking about your ex to his friend next time. all the best
