so I got this groupmate at uni and work he's kinda my bestie now ngl we dont hang out much outside but we always share important life stuff. He's super emotionally caring but like action-wise not so much. Like when I'm sad or mad he'll soothe me or if he messes up he calls to fix it. But generally he never checks on me or pays bills at restaurants or offers his jacket when Im cold. He literally does nothing for me or anyone actually. But his words and attention are super kind and caring. I know I know I gotta see it and unlove him. But even if we did date I know I wouldn't be happy hes too irresponsible. Still my heart's got so much love for him I care about him a lot and he cares about me. All his nonactions though literally break my heart. I dont wanna love him. So I can focus on people who actually reciprocate. We're just friends and I secretly love him so I cant block him. I see him everyday at work and sometimes even more at uni. How do I stop loving him ?
