I finally blocked him. I can't keep doing the mental gymnastics of mind games with him. I have been in this situation before & so I recognize the manipulation a person will use to keep u around all so they can tear u down..They can know your in pain from the relationship and they will continue with their shenanigans. At 1am I had enough. This week I am on a war path to building myself back up..It's Glow up Time!

Their mind games were designed to keep you trapped doubting your worth. But you see through it now and that clarity is the first step toward your best self
I used to fall for their manipulation over and over again convincing myself things would change. The day I chose to walk away was the day I took my power back. You’re on that path now.
