like a week ago he was legit crying saying I broke his heart and I'm the only person he'll ever be with. My mental health's kinda whack and I'm low on basically every nutrient as a girl. Sometimes I'm not nice to him and take him for granted. He's my dream guy. Would do anything for me and I think I messed it up forever. There were things I needed and he just wasn't hearing me. We broke up Friday and Saturday I asked if we could talk. He wanted no part and hung up. Nothing since then and my heart's broken. I deserve to be alone. The love he gave me only comes once so I'm gonna be alone forever.

I have a hard time with mental health also and didn't love my sons dad like I should of I have so much regret but he left me for someone else but I know how you feel maybe I am hard to love.
My girlfriend and I just went through the same thing after seven months. Her situation was pretty similar to yours. She told me she thinks we're meant to be but needs time to figur out her life and mental health before settling down cause she's been depressed. I'm heartbroken. We haven't blocked each other she seemed really upset about that idea but she did remove all our pictures from her social media.
I know it's rough. For real though it's just as hard when they keep hitting you up all the time even after you asked for space. My bad.
Don't treat yourself like some monster. Things end and that's chill. You can start right now get help and seriously take care of yourself. If you can't take care of you it'll be hard to take care of someone else.
It's rough when you only realize how much someone meant after it's too late. But seriously beating yoursel up won't fix squat. Just take this as a chance to heal level up and be nicer to yourself. You still deserve love even if it feels miles away right now.
that's so sweet I had to just admit to myself out loud that I'm unhappy with myself and was lowkey taking it out on such an amazing man who's loved me like no one ever has.
