Hi When I was at my lowest I started journaling every night. I’d write down everything I was feeling even the ugly stuff. It helped me proces the pain instead of bottling it up.
I know how hard it is to start over. For me it began with cuting off contact completely. No texts no stalking their socials nothing. It was brutal at first but it gave me the clarity I needed to focus on myself instad of them.
When I started my healing journey I made a playlist of songs that made me feel strong even when I didn’t believe it yet. I’d cry scream and dance to it.

So I started small. I’d go for walks journal my thoughts and remind myself to eat even when I didn’t feel like it.
After my heartbreak I started therapy because I didn’t know how to handle the pain on my own.
