My bf broke up with me May 5th and I've been miserable ever since. we were together for 7 years and friends for 8 years before that. we lived together for the last 2 years. I had to leave in a hurry and all my things are still in his house. I just want to hurry up and move my stuff out so I can put this behind me. a 15 year friendship down the drain. I'm devastated and having a hard time coping. I'm going to therapy and taking anti depressants, but I'm still miserable. I just want to feel better.

It’s okay to feel devastated it’s a huge loss. You’re taking steps to heal and that’s so brave.

Losing someone after so many years is heartbreaking. You’re doing the right thing by seeking therapy and taking care of yourself. Healing takes time but you’ll get there.

I can’t imagine how hard this must be for you. It’s okay to feel devastated it’s a huge loss. Therapy and time will help even if it doesn’t feel like it right now. Sending you strength.
