You can speak to your boyfriend about the fact that him following her is way of him showing that he wants s to connect with her which is off course not a favourable situation for your relationship

sounds like they are like on the sqme team now. you shouldnt worry about them . these kind of things give you clarity on who is thinking what. use that to leave them behind.. build ur own new life away from the bs
it feels like he wants to hurt me over and over again with all his sad actions like he is too good for me and i never was in his life
