It was my ex's birthday yesterday. Instead of reaching out, I wrote what I felt (including unsaid greeting) on my journal. I admit, I cried but I know what I'm feeling is valid. What I am doing now, not reaching out to him again is something my future self would be thankful for. We all deserve to be happy, one day at a time. I know we can heal from this..
