at the moment I feel like "love is an illusion" to some people . it's so easy to say "I love you"without truly feeling it. But for those who truly loved, it's a constant struggle, we try so hard to distract ourselves. I feel nothing works .for me gym also doesn't work.

I feel this on a spiritual level. Love hits different when it’s real and the distractions never seem to work

love feels like a whole illusion when people don’t mean it. Healing is a struggle but you’ll get there
Fr love feels like a scam sometimes. People throw I love you around like it’s nothing but for real ones it cuts deep
it takes time. while distractions may seem to fail, they aren't going to be then end all to healing. stay with it. healing takes time.
