Breakups are tough it’s normal to feel stuck sometimes
it’s okay to have off days. Healing isn’t linear you’re allowed to feel all the feels. Tomorrow’s a new day
Some days just hit harder that’s okay.
Today, just breathe slowly, deeply and focus only on making it through this hour. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed; your pain is valid and real. You don’t need to rush to get over it, and you don’t need to reach out to your ex or talk about them. Try to step outside, even for a few minutes, and let the open sky remind you the world is still big. Grief doesn’t make you weak — it shows how deeply you loved. Write one honest page in a journal, no filters. Let yourself cry without shame, and tell a friend how you really feel. Remember: this terrible version of today is not forever. You loved hard. And now, even if slowly, you will heal with the same strength.
