I just broke no contact yesterday to check up on him. I know I should have not, but I acted impulsively knowing he too is suffering (although for another woman). Anyway, he just ignored it and now I feel like a fool.

im now 9 days in after breaking my no contact. my ex stopped responding and I felt humiliated, we just loved them so much they couldn't hold us the right way x
it's very hard to love so much. But we should feel proud about ourselves, all this love is all ours and we should keep it and give it to a person who truly deserve it
