HOWEVER, I DONT recommend you to avoid not thinking of the breakup, rather absorb all the pain and let it made you sad and weak. Overtime it will heal, just dont think of the sweet memories u guys had, but the troubled boundaries, problems and unresolved issues. Its good to think of the memories, but it's better to not romanticize it again because the person is spiritually dead! okay?? he/she no longer exist, just the shadow of someone u once believed in. Have strength, move forward and dont hold to an empty bottle
@FlowState53 yes exactly?? u feeling down and sad this morning?? push yourself in the afternoon. Sometimes u cant be ioo soft to yourself, push through and move forward one step at a time
