Soon as she ended the relationship, I scheduled a therapist. To get a new job in a different city and new apartment and to deal with a 6 year relationship that just ended is not going to be easy.

yeah… i remember sitting in an empty apartment right after my 5-year relationship ended, wondering who the hell i was without them. it’s brave what you’re doing. seriously. this shit is not easy.
I'm three months out from a seven year relationship. It will get better with time. I've had no contact for 30 days. He texted last week and I ignored because I didn't want to break no contact.
