I feel worried, I keep waking up with my chest so tight and anxious. And sometimes, just randomly in the day. Does this mean smthn off has happened to him or is this jst my nervous system going off

ugh same. my chest would go tight out of nowhere and i’d spiral thinking something happened to him not even realizing i was the one still hurting.
i feel this. it’s like my nervous system got trained to brace for impact every time he went quiet
i used to get those random tight-chest panic moments too. especially after we stopped talking. it felt like my body was still waiting for the next text, the next crash.
you’re not broken. your body’s just catching up.
Try meditating. It has really helped me.
it's okay , I think this is a panic attack , I had them too and sometimes daily actually , but one day they just stops
