i remember thinking if i waited long enough hed remember the good and come back. waiting felt like love. now i know it was me trying to hold both sides of something that already broke.
i held on so tight to that hope. sometimes the silence feels louder than the breakup.
this hit. i’m 3 months in and still waking up hoping he’ll text. still half believing love fixes everything. it’s so hard not to reach out.
