I have been writing everything down that i’ve been wanting to say to him over the past for days and i still have so much more to say but through writing down all the thoughts in my head i feel lighter in some small way.

i had a whole notebook full of unsent messages. it didn’t fix the pain, but it made the silence less loud.
ugh yes. there’s always more to say. more you didn’t get to feel out loud. i’m glad the writing’s helping a little.
i did this too. pages and pages i knew he’d never read. but somehow getting it out of my head helped me breathe again. keep writing. you’re not crazy for needing to say it all.
you could actually ask yourself a question did he ever wanted to talk to you the past or the previous days if he don't why in the universe forgotten do you want someone desperately want him to talk to you when he doesn't even reply and he doesn't respect that matter or fact that you want him or want her the first place think about it if you actually put yourself and love yourself and give yourself a worth and a pep talk each and every day and therapy each and every day you don't need to buy a therapy or like a session you could actually do it online trust me you'll get over this
