ok so my ex said that he wanted to try again and set out what we needed to work on and we agreed. but the next day he removed me. since then all his friends and family have removed me. we had a heart breaking last call but the other day I saw him at a shopping centre and I put my head down and he said hello and wanted me to sit with him on his work break. there we spoke about feelings and he said that changing ourselves wasn’t good for the relationship I said it was growing. he said that removing me wasn’t to get me out of his life and that he still cares deeply about me. do you think he’ll come back? i need him back

same thing happened to me. he kept saying i still care but care without commitment just left me stuck. it took me forever to see it wasn’t love it was fear of letting go.

You don't need him back! You don't need his breadcrumbs and mixed signals. You don't have to prove and change yourself to be loved. You are going to be in a much much better place in some time from now, if you just decide in your mind to treat him as dead! Keep no contact, don't answer any messages, and don't stop to talk to him in person. A good life waits for you, don't block new positive things trying to repair the broken past.
