i used to stare at the ceiling thinking how is this STILL hurting?? no answers made it worse. just know you’re not alone in it.
same here. the mornings were the worst. everything just hurt more when the world was quiet.
i remember that part. like every hour was a mountain. crying felt like breathing. i’d wake up already exhausted. you’re not weak your heart’s just carrying a LOT right now

yesterday was the first day I haven't cried and tbh I just held on the fact that there is still 0.0000001 hope that we will get back together ( although it's not , but manipulate your mind that it's Just a separation not a breakup )
