Why loyal people get to hurt the most when they are in love?

been there. i remember crying in my car thinking did i love too hard? too much?
nah. they just didn’t know what to do with real love. and that’s not on you.

i kept showing up for someone who just… never really saw me. the loyalty felt like a curse some days.
still healing from that.

this hit me so hard. it’s always the ones who give their everything who end up picking up the pieces. i don’t get why some people treat love like a game.
