I hold it so good the whole day and i really felt good but now im sitting here again and crying. Im just on day 2. How am I going to endure this?

some nights just wreck you. i kept thinking if it hurts this much now what will tomorrow be like? but weirdly it did get softer. not easier just... less sharp.

ugh this hit. day 2 was brutal for me too. it’s like your body finally exhales and all the grief floods in. you’re not doing it wrong. it’s just that hard.

You know what initial no contact days are tough. Don't think of future who you gonna go.. Take it one day at a time and you will be stronger.

you could take out of your emotions because in your day 2 the fact that you accept everything that happens to you it changes everything if you pray pray if you work go to work be busy it will be helpful and definitely get the older frustration out right journal cry to everything believe me it's a process and we are all here together

You’ve done so well today. I haven’t gone a whole day without having tears. Please don’t be hard on yourself, getting upset is part of healing. It’s best to let your emotions out rather than bottle them up. Each day, even if you don’t feel like it go for a walk. Visit a family member or friend. listen to music that you liked before the relationship. you can do this.
