this hurt to read. i remember feeling SO trapped… like my healing was on pause until i could physically leave. you’re not crazy for feeling stuck.
on the plus side, we share 3 kids too.
ugh that limbo is brutal. like… how do you grieve someone who’s still brushing their teeth in the same bathroom??
exactly & walks naked around you + cuddles you at night like they didn’t just tell you you’re not enough for them!
i went through this last year. we shared a lease and a damn cat. i started by locking my door at night and using headphones nonstop. wasn’t full NC but it was survival. it’s so hard.
it’s so so difficult especially when kids are involved
