for me it was the silence. not his but mine. like i finally stopped chasing and my heart freaked out. i think it was withdrawal. not from him from the hope.
been there. it’s like your brain knows he’s not showing up, but your heart still wants to check... just in case.
i remember this part. the random urges that hit outta nowhere. it’s like your heart didn’t get the memo that he’s gone. it sucks. i used to feel actual panic just not texting.
