this hurt to read. that half assed goodnight when you’ve been spiraling? yeah. i’ve gotten those too. it’s confusing and cruel. but silence is still your power. don’t give it back.
been there. mine replied lol to a message i cried sending. it’s not about you it’s his lack of emotional depth. stay strong
i remember getting those random late replies like nothing happened. like they just pop in to stir your peace. you’re doing so good staying no contact don’t let him pull you back in.

i think that hes doing that to keep you under control or something like that, i used to do that, lol, but be careful, dont break no contact and dont take this to serious, maybe its not the same thing
