this relationship made me lose so much weight

been there. people kept saying you look so good and i wanted to scream. it wasn’t a glow up it was survival.

i hate how pain shows up like progress sometimes. the damage stays way longer than the weight ever did.

my body shrunk but the anxiety?? the overthinking?? the spiral every time my phone dinged?? like cool i fit my old jeans can i get my nervous system back now??
