I just can’t cope today. I have no solutions for my situation. I feel so alone in the world and can’t think straight. I feel like packing a bag and disappearing for a few days- but can’t. I feel so trapped with anger and dispair. He on the other hand is fine, totally checked out and couldn’t give a shit for the position I’m in.

I understand how you are feeling. what you are feeling is so valid and it’s true. I have felt the same way and I feel like that from time to time. The other person is fine and is acting like nothing changed in their life. But hey, don’t worry, I’m here to tell you that time will heal you, you just don’t have to do anything..Just hold on one day at a time, the pain will fade drop by drop and you will feel whole again. Like, you WILL.

Try laying down and just letting your emotions out.
it will get better my love as time goes on , put yourself first as you saw that he does not care priorities yourself.
The only thing that has helped is going outside and making myself walk, or exercise, or breathe fresh air. The worst days usually have been when I cooped myself in just dwelling on him & the relationship
i felt that too. wanting to disappear but knowing you can’t. some days i just laid down and let it be what it was.
